Eating organic food and conception
I admit that I didn't always care about how well I ate. I was naturally thin and athletic, so I didn't care. I ate what I wanted. Over time, my mindset about food has changed. I started to read labels, and I learned more about modern farming, and I became more concerned about the food I eat.

Leptin receptors are mostly found in fat tissue, but researchers have found a receptor for leptin in endometrial tissue. It has also been discovered that leptin levels rise during the follicular phase in pre-menopausal women and fall during your period.
