Meditating with a Busy Life
Even though I've had a busy day I record my insights in my journal and plan how I can incorporate them into my life. In this way I feel satisfied that if I don't have time to act on them now I haven't lost the train of thought and can get back to them in the future.

Meditating regularly allows an ever wider channel of bliss to flow through our lives. It is not limited to the time spent in sitting but rather, extends outward to encompass more and more aspects of living.

Lesson 36. Life experiences show us that we are interdependent - not totally independent. All our comings and goings, and interactions with one another and the world make up the flow of events in our lives.

Lesson 37. We radiate at various strengths, depending on how well we are acting on the guidance of our conscience.

Lesson 28. Problems seem to be part of living, but they have solutions that can come to mind from clear and balanced thinking.
