What Is Mental Health
Mental health challenges can be tough, and we all experience some kind of mental health issue at least once in our lives. When you consider stress, anxiety and depression as being fairly 'normal' for most people, it is a wonder we ever find peace of mind.
Why Change Is So Difficult
Making changes in our life can be daunting, with many of us trying to take on too much and becoming overwhelmed by the enormity of the task, then feeling like we've failed. When all things are considered in relation to the change we want to make then we are more likely to succeed.
