Deena Budd and the Bobbing Light

I enjoy sharing my research into the field of the paranormal with you. Occasionally, I like to get a bit more personal and tell you about my own unique paranormal experiences. Recently, I had the fortune to experience two mystical events! One was absolutely delightful. The other gave me chills.
Denver’s Haunted Cheesman Park
One of the most interesting stories of the paranormal that I came across in my research about Denver concerns Cheesman Park located near the downtown area.
Did Twain Write “Jap Herron?”
On April 21, 1910, Samuel Clemens a/k/a Mark Twain passed on to the other side. Six years later, in 1916, Emily Grant Hutchings born in Twain’s hometown of Hannibal, Missouri, claimed the famous author dictated a manuscript to her through the use of a medium, and a Ouija board.

Documented Possession in Watseka, Illinois
The Watseka Wonder is the fascinating story of two young girls who lived in Watseka, Illinois in the late 1800s. Mary Roff and Mary Lurancy Vennum didn’t know each other or form a connection until after Mary Roff’s death in 1865.
Some believe seeing one’s own, or a family member’s, doppelganger, is a portent of illness, bad luck, or even death.
On April 21, 1977, three teenagers were driving north on Farm Street, a road surrounded by woods and fields, in the Dover area. The driver, Bill Bartlett saw “a bizarre, unearthly-looking creature, close to four foot tall, crawling along a stone wall.”
Dyatlov Pass Incident
In early February of 1959, a group of ski hikers were found dead under mysterious circumstances in the northern Ural Mountains of Russia. The pass where the nine hikers were found has since been named after the leader of the group, Igor Dyatlov, and is currently called Dyatlov Pass.
Encantado (Dolphin Men)
In South America, there are shape shifting dolphins, called Encantados, who can turn into humans at will.
