Do you have a Drama Addiction? Maybe this seems like a silly question to some of you but the reality is that an addiction to drama in your life from your relationships is difficult to get over just like any other addiction. What exactly is a drama addiction? Let’s look at a few examples.

Do Social Networks, Texting and Sexting Help or Hurt Relationships? OMG, what a stupid question; they help; or do they? Multiple relationships on MySpace and Facebook, while also texting or sexting others is cheating. That might make sense to grown-up pretenders but not to a real grown-ups.

Why do we love to watch movies where the underdog comes from behind to win what they are dreaming of winning? Is it because they Dare to Dream the Impossible Dream? What’s your Impossible Dream? Are you ready to treat your relationships with yourself and your dream as possible? Dare to Dream!

How long can a person keep up the pace that it takes to keep dancing through the difficulties of life and its many relationships? Are you metaphorically dancing through raindrops; or dancing in the sweltering sun trying to get your daily to do list done? How fast can you dance?

Most of us at some time have done a connect-the-dot picture. What if it was a picture of your life? Could you connect-the-dots if you didn’t have a pencil or a pen? Each choice we make in our lives is like connecting one dot to another and the completed pictures tell the story of our life.

Can you or someone you know be referred to as coldhearted with a heart as cold as ice? How can you tell if someone is coldhearted like the Care Bears Villain appropriately named Coldheart? Do cold hands mean you have a warm heart? How can you tell if someone you care about is a coldhearted fool?

Perhaps there is no other time of the year than Christmas filled with such mashed-up emotions. Relationships of all kinds can be strained with jingle jangled nerves and frenzied busy schedules. While it tis the season to be jolly, it is also a season overloaded and mash-ups are bound to occur.

According to the lyrics of the classic Christmas song, The Christmas Waltz, Christmas is “… the time of year when the world falls in love.” In fact, if you watch holiday movies and the commercials that go along with them, you would believe that everyone does fall in love at Christmas. True or false?
