Shan Chicken Curry
Shan food is similar to Burmese and Thai with many thick curries made with Thai style pastes that also include some dried spices. This Shan Chicken Curry is a wonderful introduction to some of my favourite dishes of Mae Hong Son.

Shrimp Green Curry with Thai Noodles
This fast curry in a hurry meal is ready in just 15 minutes, but bursts with flavour. The perfect meal for a quick night meal.

Shrimp & Crab Coconut Rice Crêpes
Simple crêpes are a popular street food in Northern Thailand. The recipe below is a more elegant savoury crêpe served as an entrée or as a first course for a sit on the floor Khon Toke meal.

Shrimp Curry
A delightful Thai shrimp curry that can be made ahead of time and at the last minute finish off with the just cooked shrimp.

Shrimp Curry (Phrik Goong Karee)
The sweetness of coconut milk tames the heat of this quick curry, but it remains a dish for fans of fiery food. You can of course reduce the heat by using fewer chiles.

Shrimp Paste Rice (Khao Krok Kapi)
This Thai fried rice dish is called Khao Kluk Kapi. You don´t see this dish very often and then only in Thai neighbourhoods and never in tourist regions.

Shrimp Salad (Pla Gkoong)
Shrimp Salad (Pla Gkoong) This is a wonderful Thai version of "sushi" that is popular in Isan (Northeast Thailand) where this dish is sometimes prepared with raw shrimp, however this version uses blanched shrimp.

Shrimp with Cashews
This is one of the most delicious of all Thai Shrimp dishes. It can be served on a bed of steamed fresh baby spinach.

Shrimp with Green Papaya Salad
Shrimp with Green Papaya Salad and Thai Sweet-and-Sour Sauce is an amazing appetizer for 8 or as a starter course for 4. Make ahead and asemble just before your guests arrive.

Shrimp with Pineapple Curry
This Shrimp with Pineapple Curry has a rich creamy texture, and the red coloration gives a dramatic and lovely contrast to the yellow pineapple and pink shrimp.
