It is my prayer that this day will find you in good health, great spirit and divine inspiration. Know that you are worthy of love, and all that God has promised.

We all go through rough times. Sometimes we feel as though we are all alone. But, did you know that you are never alone? And the fact is, that you are missed?

We shouldn’t vote for someone because he is Black or because, someone is White. Voting is taking responsibility for what you want to see changed in your life. Your voice is important. And, what you do with it, affects the next four to eight years. We can make wise and powerful choices.

Maybe you were one of the fortunate ones who have never experienced the devastating affects of domestic violence. If that is you, then you are fortunate. But you may be surprised to know just how many people you know, that have and are experiencing domestic violence, and you may never know.

Defining culture and where it begins. Many people talk about culture; but do we really understand it´s origin or what it means to us as individuals?

Economists report that we have officially entered a time of recession. Although, many would say that we have been a s steady recession for the better part of 2008. As to date, we are in the worst economic state since The Great Depression.

There is a life before us in this world that we are living. We have made strides throughout the decades, wherein we have reached a degree of success. Yet, there is so much more that needs to be accomplished, before we can rest. So much more that needs to be addressed.

TV One is an authentic representation of the beauty of African American culture.

Everyone has an opinion; but not too many vote or, are even registered. There are many African Americans that don't know what a new bill or legislations means to their family and community. There is much to be learned and considered.

You may be going through hell right now. Things may seem to be crowding in on you. But I encourage you to hold on. God has a blessing with your name on it.
