Celebrating Easter Celebrating Easter means something different for everyone. However you celebrate, it is always nice to celebrate with the one's you love, and to make someone else's day a little brighter. Celebrating Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. In celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., letīs take the time to reflect upon the man and his dream. A dream which has come to past. Celebrating Black History February is Black History Month. This year,we have much to celebrate, including the election of our first Black President, and celebrating 100 years of the NAACP. Celebrating Black Fatherhood Not found on any calander, this week we celebrate Black Fatherhood. So often we hear about the father's that leave, and the mother's that do it alone. But there are many Black men that not only exemplify fatherhood; but they are seeking to mentor others and open up dialogue amongst one another. Celebrate You!! Sometimes it may feel as though life is whizzing by and we have not accomplished a thing. Take courage, and remember to count your blessings and celebrate who YOU are! Caramel Pecan Cake This has got to be one of my favorite cake recipes! Caramel pecan cake. It is so delicious. I usually make this for my birthday or for holidays. Try it...You won't be sorry! Building Strong Relationships Every relationship has a chance to thrive and survive despite the growing odds against it. It depends on what you do, what you believe, and if you truly want your relationship to work. Are you willing to do what it takes for a strong relationship?
Black Women and Relationships Every relationship is meant to teach us something, whether it was a pleasant experience or not. We learn as we grow, how to navigate certain situations. However, we must be sure that we understand who we are and what we really want in terms of a relationship.
