Massaman Curry Recipe
A delicious curry originally from Southern Thailand but with distinct Indian influences! I have provided both my home made recipe for Massaman Curry Paste and my yummy recipe for Massaman Shrimp Curry. A great recipe for tonight's dinner!

Mattar Paneer is a beloved Punjabi dish made with only 2 main ingredients - green peas (mattar) & Indian cheese (paneer). This simple recipe is easy to prepare & absolutely delicious when eat with rice or Indian flatbreads (rotis, phulkas, parathas or chapatis). Best of all, it's 100% vegetarian.

Mee Goreng (Spicy Indian Wok-Fried Noodles) Recipe
Asian noodles with a definite Indian kick! These yummy noodles are very popular throughout Singapore & Malaysia. Best of all, they are easy to prepare and absolutely delicious! They will have everyone asking for more :-)

Methi chi Amti Recipe
My delicious & healthy fenugreek dal is a classic Maharashtrian favorite. Fresh fenugreek leaves (methi) have a wonderful, ever-so-slightly bitter flavor that mellows out beautifully when combined with yellow lentils (chana dal). Served simply with rice & rotis, this tasty dal is sure to please :-)

Methi Chicken Recipe
A winning combination of tender, succulent chicken pieces simmered with fresh fenugreek leaves - this is a delicious match made in heaven. Fenugreek leaves (known as methi) have a unique & lovely flavor that works beautifully in this curry.

Methi Poori Recipe
These delicious fried Indian fenugreek flatbreads are a wonderful and yummy treat! The addition of fresh fenugreek to these pooris add a very unique flavor and taste.

Although olives are not very Indian, they are a huge fav in my house. They are tasty, full of flavorful & best of all, healthy too! My Mixed Olive Tapenade is simple to prepare & absolutely delicious. Serve it as an appetizer along with some crusty bread, toasted naan or pita wedges.

Mixed Vegetable Kadhi Recipe
This delicious Punjabi dish consists of tender vegetables gently simmered together in a yogurt & chickpea flour based curry. Best of all, it's simple & healthy to boot. It's also a great way to use whatever vegetables you just happen to have on hand.
