Do the Right Thing
Sometimes taking positive action is difficult for a variety of reasons. Below are some common pitfalls that stop many of us from doing the right thing.

Do Two Things at Once
I write while I exercise, I plan while I commute. I check emails while I watch TV. I wash dishes while I cook...If it is at all possible, I always, always, always do at least two things at once.

Do You Compare Yourself to Others?
If you are disappointed with your life, shine a positive light on things. And compare yourself to no one but who you were yesterday.

Do you Dither?
Dithering is probably procrastination’s cousin or maybe even the cause of procrastination for some of us.

Do you have a Gremlin inside of your head?
Negative beliefs or “Gremlins” can hinder your progress as you work toward your goals. Part one of a two part article.

Do You Have Conflicting Life Goals?
Sometimes choices have to be made since realistically we can’t have it all--not all at once.

Do you have regrets about not starting sooner?
When you successfully make a change, it is possible to regret not taking action sooner. Change is wonderful, exhilarating, exiting. Don’t allow unalterable past actions to interfere with the joy you can experience right now. Regrets are a fact of life, learn the lessons and let them go.
