SciFi airs the new series starting Friday, Jan. 14. Forgotten SciFi TV—The Starlost Have you ever seen this scifi TV show? "The Starlost" aired in 1973 and is considered one of the worst scifi shows ever--but we think it deserves another look. Forgotten SciFi TV: Misfits of Science "Misfits of Science" was an NBC series from the 1985-1986 season probably best known today for being Courteney Cox´s first TV show. It featured a group of people fighting crime and trying to accept life with superpowers. Sound familiar to anyone? Forgotten SciFi TV -- Amazing Stories Steven Spielberg´s "Amazing Stories" ran from 1985-1987. The anthology series featured bite-sized tales of horror, science fiction, fantasy and general whimsy. Forgotten Scifi TV - Wizards & Warriors Do you remember this fantasy satire show from 1983? We didn't either, until just recently... Forgotten SciFi TV - Starhunter Remember "Starhunter"? This Canadian scifi TV show featured bounty hunters, the Divinity Cluster, Raiders and two seasons of action/drama. Forgotten SciFi TV - Something Is Out There If you remember this show, you´ve got a good memory, since it lasted for six episodes after the initial four-hour miniseries. Think of it as a 1988 precursor to "The X-Files." Forgotten SciFi TV - Nowhere Man In 1995-1996 this unconventional show aired for just one season. We dust off an old interview with late series creator Larry Hertzog of "Nowhere Man" to celebrate a forgotten gem. Flash Gordon Returns on SciFi Channel Comic strip hero Flash Gordon gets a modern update and has returned to airwaves on the SciFi Channel, airing Friday nights at 9 p.m. ET.
