Ainsley Harriott
Beaming smile, engaging personality, expert in producing good food fast – Ainsley Harriott is a chef who is a household name in Britain. Londoner Ainsley inherited his mother’s love of food and cooking. He has fronted hugely popular television shows including Can’t Cook, Won’t Cook, Ready, Steady, Cook and Ainsley Harriott’s Barbecue Bible.

Ainsley has built his business beyond the media of television. He is author of numerous books, many direct tie-ins to his TV shows. Antony Worrall-Thompson
Born in Stratford-on-Avon (as was Shakespeare), Antony Worrall-Thompson is a chef with vast experience of creating good food and enticing restaurants in locations as diverse as London and Bombay. Worrall-Thompson’s initial training in Hotel and Catering Management was complemented by intensive practical experience, including six months in France which likely influenced the name of his hugely successful Menage a Trois – the Knightsbridge restaurant, serving only starters and puddings, was frequented by Diana, Princess of Wales.
Worrall-Thompson was already a favourite of the press when he joined the television programme Food and Drink in 1998. He both cooked and presented, exhibiting a vast array of knowledge about food. He has since appeared regularly on several other television cookery programmes, including Ready, Steady, Cook and Saturday Kitchen. He has also hosted his own shows including Worrall Thompson Cooks and Antony’s Morocco.
Antony Worrall-Thompson is an expert in his field – chef, presenter, restaurant manager, writer. A health scare in 2003 which suggested the popular chef might develop diabetes spawned both a change in lifestyle and several books focusing on healthy eating, weight loss and diabetes.
