Taylor Body Fat Scale

After using a Tanita no-memory scale for several years, we moved up to a Taylor with 10 memory spots and far higher accuracy. What a difference!

First off, the scale just feels nicer to stand on. It has lots of little metal dots on its top which sort of gives your feet a massage when you stand on it!

Taking your weight is simple. Just stand on it and the readout gives it to you, in .2lb increments. That's far more accurate than most scales out there.

Next, a quick initial input sets your own personal height, age, and gender. You can enter up to 10 people into memory. That all only needs to be done once. So now when any of those people wants to get a body weight, they just "recall" their settings with a button press and stand on the scale. A few seconds later, the system not only shows you your weight and body fat, but also shows a little line that indicates if you are in the low, middle, or high range for your age/height group.

In fact, one person is the default, so if that is you, you don't have to press anything :)

Where most body fat scales only show down to the nearest 1%, this one gets down to the nearest .1%.

The scale is very sensitive, so like any lab scale, if you stand on the exact center of it vs standing on the edge with your toes hanging over, it's going to give you slightly different readings. But since the human body can fluctuate between 1-2 pounds or more every day, you're going for changes over time with any scale.

Highly recommended! This scale doesn't appear to be available at Amazon yet, but we found ours at Sears.
