Driven to Love

Hello, and welcome back! I hope you're all finding plenty of good reading material lately, and no duds in the bunch! Okay, well, since that doesn't happen too often, I'll just say I hope that the duds are few and far between, and the great books are landing in your TBR stack in huge numbers.

I've been waiting a long time to dig this review out and share it with you again. Originally, this book was released in 1999, way back near the inception of BellaOnline--and this book was the very first one I ever reviewed here! Then the publisher closed down, as many start-up e-publishers have done over the years, and the book went away, too. Now, happily, another publisher has picked it up, and I get the pleasure of sharing it with all of you again.

Driven to Love by Denise Meyers ( HardShell Word Factory): Take one race car-driver heroine who owns a choice piece of property in a small town. Add to that one hero who owns a limo service. Toss in a developer who wants to bring a casino to said small town. Oh, and did I mention that the developer tried to marry the heroine for her property? Or that the hero lost a best friend to a racing accident? Ms. Meyers starts her book off with a bang and keeps up the quick pace throughout the course of the book. She skillfully weaves in all of the elements, keeping you wondering how on earth the hero and heroine will ever manage to get together, until the very last page when you can finally relax, knowing they will, after all, have their happily ever after. To be honest, this is my first ebook purchase, but it wont be my last. On our scale of 1 to 5 arrows, Im giving Driven to Love four. Cupid would be thrilled. Ill be waiting for more great romances from Ms. Meyers.

Until next time, happy reading!
