Ingredients:
8 stalks asparagus
1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp olive oil
Cut off the bottom inch or two of each asparagus stalk. Soak them in the olive oil while you chop the 2 cloves of garlic into slices. Mix those in.
Grill for 10 minutes over medium heat, and enjoy!
One serving, tho the recipe is easily doubled or quadrupled.
