Research has shown that sperm counts go higher when the temperatures fall. Here are a number of ways to help give you two the best chance possible for fertility.

* wear loose underwear
* avoid tight pants
* avoid hot showers and baths
* avoid hot tubs
* turn on that air conditioning

This is not an "instant" solution - the sperm count will rise over several weeks. So you need to create a cool climate for the sperm, not douse them in ice water right before The Act.
