Atkins Crunchers Sour Cream & Onion Chips

I'm a huge fan of sour cream and onion chips. When I went on the Atkins diet I thought the days of eating those were over. But Atkins came up with a solution!

They have both a sour cream & onion variety as well as other varieties including BBQ, Nacho and Plain. All are 5g per bag and are made with soy protein.

Unlike some of the other Atkins products which are far better than the original, these aren't quite there. They're a bit chewy, and the taste is a bit off. They sort of have a dusty flavor to them.

Still, if you're really in a fix and crave that super-bad-for-you junk food, snack on these chips. The originals in the stores are some of the worst possible food for you in about 8 different ways. So in the grand scheme of things, these are MUCH better for you than normal chips.

Note! If it's just salt you crave, or sour cream, find other healthy ways to soothe those cravings! You can get just as much salt-satisfaction from peanuts, or do a sour cream dip with veggies. Both are far better for you than any sort of chip product.
