Tuna-Macaroni Salad

Tuna-Macaroni Salad

  • 8 oz. elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 can tuna (drained)
  • 3/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup low-fat mayo
  • 1 garlic clove - grated
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation -
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain, then rinse under cold water. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill at least 3 hours before serving.
