Tater Skins

Tater Skins

  • 1 packet dry ranch salad dressing mix
  • 4 baked potatoes
  • 1/4 cup sour cream - regular or light
  • 8 oz. cheddar cheese - shredded
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits

Preparation -
Scoop out potatoes. Mix with sour cream and salad dressing mix.   Spoon mixture into skins. Top with shredded cheese. 

Bake at 375º for 10 to 12 minutes.  Sprinkle bacon bits over top before serving.
