Called CarbSmart, these ice creams come in vanilla, chocolate and strawberry flavors and have only 4g effective carbs per serving. While making vanilla and strawberry at home is pretty easy, making chocolate can be a challenge. Usually it comes out on the weak side.
So we bought the chocolate CarbSmart, and boy was I impressed! Great, rich flavor with NO aftertaste or funny flavors at all. Just smooth, fresh ice cream.
If you don't have CarbSmart in your supermarket freezer yet, be sure to mention it to the cashier! This stuff is definitely worth picking up, and will impress your family and friends too with its great flavor. There's no reason to eat sugar any more, with flavors like these on the market!
