Basil Baked Fish Fillets

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoon basil; minced
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 can (16 oz) tomato; diced
6 each halibut fillet (6 oz.)

Mix the olive oil and lemon juice together in a glass baking dish. Add fish and coat with olive oil/lemon mixture. Sprinkle basil, salt and pepper on top. Add tomatoes evenly over fish fillets and sprinkle top with cheese. Bake covered for 10 to 15 minutes at 400C or until fish flakes.
