
6 hard boiled eggs
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
4oz smoked salmon
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dill weed
1/4 tsp mustard powder
Cut the eggs in half and scoop out the yolks. Mash in all remaining ingredients and then scoop back out into egg hollows. Decorate if desired with small pieces of salmon. Enjoy!
