Pistachio Pudding Dessert

Pistachio Pudding Dessert

  • 1 box (3 oz.) pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 1 can (16 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 bag miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries
  • 1 - 8 oz. container frozen whipped topping mix, such as Cool Whip®

Preparation -
In a mixing bowl - Stir the pudding mix into the drained, crushed pineapple. Stir in the chopped pecans and mini-marshmallows. Cut the marachino cherries in half. Stir the cherry halves into the mixture. Fold in the whipped topping. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
