Coors Light comes from the "Taste of the Rockies" brand, and indeed I did find their beer to be very crisp and refreshing.
I tried a Coors Light while on a motorcycle trip down through Mississippi. I had it with gumbo and catfish (yes I was a bit off the low carb for the trip!). The beer went very well with the meal. A lot of low carb beers are so carb-less that they taste like water when you try to drink them with food. But this one had a good, fresh flavor, had a decent body and finish.
If you're going to drink more than one, you might have to default back to one of the "thin beers" that boasts fewer carbs. But in my book, I'd MUCH rather just have one of these good ones, and enjoy it, instead of downing lots of watery beer.
