First I am going to change the picture on the card to a Christmas tree. Clicking on Change All Pictures opens a new window where you can choose the picture you want to use from your files. Once selected click Okay, all the pictures will change on the cards. If you need to change the size of the images, select Resize All Images and then select either size or scale to resize your images.
Next, click on Edit Card Text and a window opens where you can change company name to “To:” and name and title to “From:” and contact information you can either leave blank or add a greeting. On my card I wrote “Wishing you the best for the holiday season!” Then click Okay and the text on the cards will change.
Now the text needs to be formatted. Choose Format Card Text and from the drop down menu at the top select Company Name. Right below is the description on the Font used for Company Name. The size is 14 pt. Next select Name and Title from the drop down menu and then click on Format Font. Change the size to 14 pt. There are effects you can apply to your text if you want, such as drop shadow or embossing. The font style as well as color can be changed as well. If you change more than the size for “From”, be sure to go and make the same changes for “To”. Click Okay to return to the Format Card Text window. If you would like to change the font on your greeting you can do so here by selecting Contact Information and then Format Font.
The last option for formatting your text is alignment. From the drop down menu select
Once the cards are designed the way you like, you could at this point add individual names within the To and From text blocks. If From is the same name, you can add the name from the Edit Card Text and all the cards will change. To add names after To, just click on To and the text block will appear and type in a name.
Images can be changed individually by selecting an image and then selecting Change Selected Picture. This option can be used to further personalize your gift tags -- maybe a picture of the person the gift is for.
Options for printing your gift tags include using business card stock that is perforated for easy separation without having to cut them. Cards can then be attached with tape or you can punch a hole in them and tie to the gift using ribbon. These could also be printed on 2 x 4” labels then all you have to do is peel and stick them on.
