The Maguire House is located at 30 Cobb Road, about 5 minutes from the center of Ashburnham, MA. This bed and breakfast inn features three rooms, two with queen size beds and one with two single beds. Prices range from $110 to $120 per night double occupancy with a $15 charge for each additional person.

The Maguire House began in 1764 as an inn in Ashburnham until 1898 when it became a private home. Paul and Terry Maguire opened the house up as a bed and breakfast in 1997.
