Preparation - Spray the inside of a crock-pot with non-stick cooking spray. Trim any visible fat from the pork roast. Place it in the crock-pot. Sprinkle with seasonings. Top with chopped onions. Pour the Coca-Cola over top. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Remove the roast from the crock-pot. Discard the onions and liquid. Pull apart and shred the pork with a fork, removing any remaining fat. Place the shredded pork back in the crock-pot. Mix the barbecue sauce and water together. Pour over and stir into the shredded pork. Cook on low for 2 more hours. Serve on kaiser rolls or large sesame-seed hamburger buns.
