Earth Angels, Light workers and other Spiritual Visionaries spend so much of their time and even sleeping hours, dreaming, doing the work that they do. Still, when it comes to their own well-being, it's a mystery why it isn't seen quite the same way.

It takes a generously beautiful and gifted Soul, not only to recognize when things are wrong, but have room enough within their being to allow for external pains that aren't their own.

Yet, when it comes to the personal lives of these spiritual undertakers, because they are all heart, it can take a good bit of doing before the same peace, contentment and happiness, they strive to obtain for others, is saught and achieved in lives of their own.

With as much work and sacrifice these spiritual beings exert, by the end of the day, many are still left feeling as if they simply haven't done enough. They are driven by a tireless source (love) that though oblivious to boundaries by itself, in human form, there's mind and body to consider, which do have limitations and are in need of recooperation!

Because Earth Angels and Lightworkers are so filled with spiritual illumination and devotion of their work, it's difficult for them to separate Spirit from human affliction. Often, they're perceived as one in the same. When the effects become pronounced, guilt and sadness can add to emotional energy already running through them.

Rather than disclose their internal battles, many opt to travel in silence, finding themselves in one drama or personal tragedy to the next. Though it could be seen as admirable trying to contain personal suffering, over time, there's a risk of accumulating a negative outlook themselves.

Although it certainly isn’t pleasant feeling the things that they do, it isn't the design to be left miserably or alone. The Universe understands balance. If it didn’t, we wouldn’t be standing here today! Earth Angels and Light Workers stand to realize and benefit this same balance type of balance that keeps everything else in order!

There's nothing wrong with putting up a mental “No Vacancy” or “Out to Lunch” sign freeing up some time for yourself. There will be plenty of need when you return to your duties.

Also, remember the person you are helping is intact, with many gifts themselves able to remedy whatever situation they happen to be in, and the calling of earth walking angels, to help is just as effective gifting breathers, rather than doing it all by themselves.
