Learn Spanish vocabulary online

There are quite a lot of Spanish vocabulary resources on the net.

You may already know that learning a new language implies grammar, of course, but it would also be a good idea if you could also start learning new words. So, here is a list of free Spanish language vocabulary I have found on the internet. The ideal method would be learning one or more new words per day, but no need to say this depends on the free time you have, among other reasons. The best thing about all the sites below is that you don't have to pay for the information, it is totally free, so try them and chose the one you find more interesting.

Spanish Word-a-Day

Includes translation, synonyms and a sentence, to know how to use the word. And... there are also jokes! One joke/day, with translation included. You can subscribe to their free newsletter, so you can receive Spanish words on your mail. They offer a PLUS club ($29.99/year).
Dictionary.com Spanish Word of the Day

They list the translation of the word, explanation on how to use the word, and some examples -sentences- so that you can figure out how to use the word in context. Option to receive free newsletter for free.
