Today, I have the last of our June romances to share with you: Too Wicked to Love
(Avon, received from publisher) by Debra Mullins. Genevieve Wallington-Willis doesn't trust men anymore, but the new coachman, John Ready, is far too attractive for her own good, making it difficult to remember why she doesn't want a man in her life. John isn't what he seems either; he is on the run from a plot to destroy him completely, while he searches for the means to clear his name and the person responsible for blackening his reputation. Genny is tempting, though, which makes it even more of a challenge to keep up his facade as coachman. He does too good a job keeping her safe, and of rousing her curiosity in their frequent encounters. Mullins spins a terrific story with a delicious hero and a heroine who can match him every step of the way. It's a fantastic way to while away a hot summer afternoon, provided you keep a cool drink at hand--John is a seriously sexy hero, and you won't be able to resist him any better than Genny can. I'm giving this one four of Cupid's five arrows. It's a keeper!
Until next time, happy reading!
