Review: Heads-Up Dribble Aid and JumpSoles

Buy Sports Equipment.com carries basketball-training aids such as Jumpsoles and the Heads-Up Dribble Aid, which are both great target-specific training tools.

Jumpsoles reported to be the world's most popular frontal training platforms. They attach directly to your own shoes. By training with Jumpsoles you will build up important fast twitch muscle fibers in the lower leg for great leaping ability and quickness. Jumpsoles are made of very durable high-density rubber and they stretch and strengthen the Achilles tendon and calf muscles, which are vital to explosive leg power. Jump Soles are a great way to blast your lower legs and have some fun at the same time! They attach with simple Velcro straps and are much more stable than I thought that they would be.

Buy Sports Equipment.com also carries the Heads-up Dribble Aid, which may be something you are already familiar with. Another great training device and one both of my daughters have had experience with. It fits comfortably like a pair of flexible glasses but blocks the wearer from all downward vision. This is a great tool for players who have trouble dribbling the ball without looking at it and it increases the wearers’ awareness of what is going on around them.

I have a pair of Jump soles myself so I can tell you personally how well they work! So keep an eye out for my own updates on Jumpsoles and the Heads-Up Dribble Aid. Follow the link to www.buy-sports-equipment.com to find out more about their products! They also carry equipment for coaching and officials, basketball locker rooms and storage equipment.

One more thing: I do not work for, nor get paid by Buy-Sports-Equipment.com to do this article and I am not into the advertising business. I am in the information business and I believe that this is one of the good places to go when looking for training equipment to gain an advantage in basketball and have added this for informational purposes for my readers.

See you on the court!
