Resources for Speech or Language Disorders

Speech and language disorders impact the ability to communicate. Ineffective communication can have the ability to isolate individuals socially and educationally. These implications can be avoided by providing interventions that are early and appropriate. This can be accomplished with resources for speech and language disorders.

There are times when parents, educators, and advocates need to locate resources for children with Speech and Language Impairments. Parents of children with disabilities often feel alone with nowhere to turn. The following professional, parent, and advocacy groups have been provided in order to develop a support system outside of the family.
