As you may recall, Cody Banks, played by Frankie Muniz, was a Seattle teenager, who was recruited by the CIA through a special summer camp to become trained as a “junior” agent. This time Frankie Muniz returns as the super cool, titular teen spy, Cody Banks in “Agent Cody Banks 2: Destination London. In Cody’s new adventure, a rogue CIA agent and Cody’s former trainer, Diaz (Keith Allen, the director’s brother) steals a top secret mind-control software device that can be controlled remotely. Since it was Cody’s fault that he got away, it’s up to him to fix his mistake. So, Cody is assigned to go undercover as a foreign exchange student at an elite music boarding school in London to get it back. But before embarking on his second adventure, Cody must return to Kamp Woody, a CIA training facility where American’s smartest kids are turned into secret agents under the noses of their totally oblivious parents, to undergo additional training. Once in London, Cody must keep the other kids from discovering his true identity, infiltrate covert hideouts, spy on his sinister target, practice the violin and go to classes.

In this adventure, Cody has a wisecracking new handler by the name of Agent Derek Bowman (Anthony Anderson). Agent Derek, who worked for the CIA, but blew his cover, is a forgotten entity stuck in London. Also joining them is Cody’s hip British Secret Service counterpart, Agent Emily Sommers, played by Hannah Spearrit.

With Cody fighting against his toughest enemy, the man who trained him, will he win the race against time and retrieve the device before the world’s leaders fall under the control of the diabolical villain?
