OneNote Keyboard Shortcuts for Formatting Notes

Learn how to use keyboard shortcuts for common task in Microsoft OneNote 2010. Learning and memorizing keyboard shortcuts can be difficult but many tasks can be accomplished faster using the shortcuts instead of the mouse and menu. Because there are so many keyboard shortcuts this article will cover the basics and future articles will provide additional shortcuts.

 Many shortcuts require that two or more keys are pressed at the same time. These shortcuts are indicated by the + sign. Any shortcut that has two or three keys separated by the + sign indicates that all key must be pressed together.
