In many circumstances they were the main way that the ancient cultures treated sickness, made beauty products, or spiced up their food. Modern medicine fortunately realizes that a number of herbs are very healthy and beneficial. In fact, they are distinctly good alternatives to many over the counter products filled with harmful ingredients. Rosemary - Adds extra flavor to culinary dishes. Rosemary is also very beneficial when used in hair preparations. Rosemary also thought to energize the body and mind.
Ginseng - Ginseng is an ancient Chinese herb thought to bestow good health and long life. Even today people around the world take ginseng to improve health and ease stress.
