Holiday Fruit Crumble Recipe

Fall and winter fruits are especially delicious when baked in crumbles, and the following Holiday Fruit Crumble is no exception. Pears, apples, and cranberries are combined in a delicious filling with a crunchy oat topping. Of course itís best served warm from the oven with a scoop of ice cream that melts over the top; alternatively, itís almost as good served at room temperature. If ice cream isnít available, sweetened real whipped cream (none of that frozen non-dairy garbage, please) or custard sauce is also great over this old-fashioned dessert.
ĒĒ
Over the holidays, many get tired of the numerous same-old, same-old cookies, cakes, and pies which are served at most of the fancy dinners and parties; Holiday Fruit Crumble is always a welcome change, and is ooh soo good. This triple fruit crumble showcases the fall and winter fruits to advantage and will become a favorite.
