What lady doesn’t love a good glass of champagne? I love to kick back and have champagne on special occasions or during happy hour catching up with a friend.
Ordering bubbly at a bar is fine and dandy but getting a glass at a champagne bar is way more fun.

Champagne bars in New York tend to have an elegant and sleek decor with a touch of glamour. While each bar is different, they tend to have the vibe of a speakeasy.

The following are four of the best locations to go to when you want to have champagne. Whether you are celebrating or having a fun night out in New York, the bars selected offer something for everyone.

The Bubble Lounge (228 W Broadway)- When you want a big selection of champagne to choose from The Bubble Lounge should be at the top of your list.The drink selection encompasses a long list from value to luxury champagnes. If you are feeling a little adventurous try one of their champagne cocktails .I recommend the Paris Blossom, it puts the oh in la la! Make sure you indulge on the chocolate covered strawberries while sipping your champagne.

Flute (205 W 54th Street;40 E 20th Street) - The motto for Flute is “New York Nightlife Meets Art De Vivre”. It was originally a French There are two locations for Flute in the city, one on the east side and one on the west side of town. Both have different vibes but serve up a lengthy lists of champagne. They have a great happy hour that is two for one drinks during the week. There small plates are quite good, especially the truffle fries.

Champagne Bar at the Plaza (768 5th Avenue)- It is always fun to go to The Plaza, because it is a classic New York landmark. A visit to the Champagne Bar is a good way to relax and enjoy the vibe with a glass of bubbly in your hand.The bar overlooks Fifth Avenue and the famous Pulitzer Fountain. During the day there are pastries, coffee, and other small nibbles served. At night they break out the caviar.

Death & Co (433 E 6th Street) - While not solely a champagne bar, the speakeasy Death & Co is a sexy spot for champagne cocktails and other classic drinks. Their drink menu has many interesting selections, so be prepared to try a few. Besides the drinks, their menu is loaded with delicious eats such as truffle macaroni, crab fritters, and lobster brioche rolls.
