If you answered mostly A or B your stress levels are low and you certainly seem to be able to cope better with stress than the average person. You appear to be the type that recovers quickly from stressful situations or know how to go with the flow.

If you answered mostly C there are moderate to high stressful situations in your life. Stress does not appear to cause major notable changes in your outward behavior. There might be something going on internally. Some might experience restless nights or feeling on edge because of demands on their time. Find a way to take time off. Remove yourself from the stressful situations for a few hours or few days. Meditate daily for at least ten minutes and try to reach an inward calmness.

If you answered mostly D try to take a look at what is causing severe stress levels in your life. You are probably feeling exhausted because of stress over-load. Is there a way to avoid the stress? It is vital that you try to find a fresh perspective on life. Don't sweat the small stuff. Take some time off. Find a quiet place to just sit alone and think. Get in touch with your true feelings and what is really important.
