This colorful salsa is a must with Asian Porcupine Kabobs, and is also great on pork and vegetable kabobs or chicken and vegetable kabobs. Tropical Fruit Salsa is a great summer condiment that will have guests begging for the recipe, and family members requesting it every time there is food on the grill.

1 large mango, peeled and diced
2 cups fresh pineapple , finely chopped
2 kiwis, peeled and diced
1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
1/4 cup diced red bell peppers
1 to 2 finely chopped jalapeno peppers
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
Zest of 1 lime
3 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Brown sugar, (optional if needed)
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or preferably longer to blend flavors.
- Taste for seasoning, adding up to 2 tablespoons brown sugar if necessary, depending on the sweetness of the fruit.
