Warm Bodies

The zombie apocalypse is upon us. But R isn’t your typical zombie. While he has overwhelming need to eat human flesh, R is a clear thinking zombie with emotional attachments. When he’s part of a zombie horde that attacks a scouting party, he’s immediately drawn to Julie who he saves and takes back to his lair at the airport. But as their friendship grows, something begins to change in most of the zombies, which threatens the Bonies, skeleton like creatures that have lost all of their humanity. Here are a few movie mistakes to look for while watching “Warm Bodies”.

· When R and Julie first go inside the airplane, there is a smudge of blood that goes from R’s lip (right) to the bottom of his face. It’s still there when he puts the water globe down. But the blood streak changes/lessens when R is trying to tell her he won’t bite her and then stands up.

· When Julie is trapped behind the wheel of the airplane and R puts the blood on her to throw off her scent, the blood smudges on her face change. Noticeably, when he first puts the blood on her, there is a smudge on her right eyebrow and two dots and a streak under the edge of her right eye. It cuts to the zombies and back to R and Julie and the smudge over her eyebrow is bigger and the two dots are gone.

· R and Julie are running from the Bonies and Julie is carrying a flashlight that’s on. When they slam the door and the Bonie is on the other side, R says “this way” and she’s still carrying the light. But a moment later, when they’re running (right before they run into the group of Bonies), the flashlight is gone.

· When Julie and R are in the house and he’s laying on the floor, the far/overhead view of him shows the bottom of the papers are barely at the right side of his head next to him. It cuts to the closer view and the papers have been pulled down and are almost touching his shoulder.

“Warm Bodies” (2013) stars Nicholas Hoult, Teresa Palmer and John Malkovich. It runs 98 minutes and is rated PG-13 for zombie violence and some language.
