Turkey is a fabulous source of high-quality protein. Plus, the price is right! Turkeys are often featured on sale just before holidays. It's easy to grab a couple and store them in the freezer. If you don't have a large freezer, cook the turkey, then share the cost, and the meat, with a couple of friends. There will be plenty of turkey for everybody's favorite sandwiches.
