∙ At the beginning of the movie, the group is riding in the car on the way to the cabin. Scott complains about the car and blows the horn. The driver’s side window is rolled up at this point and is still rolled up when it cuts to an outside view of the car when they pass the two men waving. But when it cuts to a close-up of Scott yelling at the two men, the window is rolled down.
∙ When the group is first sitting around the table after the scene with Cheryl and the trap door, the front view of Scott and Cheryl shows her taking the top off of the clear, crystal bottle/decanter. She picks up the decanter in her right hand and has a paper cup in her left one. It cuts to an overhead view when Ash says “I would like to make a toast…” and Cheryl isn’t holding anything, she’s unwrapping the aluminum foil.
∙ After Cheryl becomes possessed and threatens the others, she falls to the floor. There are two pencils on the floor near her outstretched left arm. One pencil is near her shoulder and the second one is on the other side of her arm, near her wrist. They’re still there when Linda and Ash run to check on her. But in the close-up of Cheryl’s hand, the two pencils are on the floor laying close enough to her fingers where she can pick them up.
∙ CAUTION: May Contain Spoilers! When Ash has the chainsaw, hovering over Linda, the overhead view shows the pendant on her necklace is past her neck and covered by her robe. In the close-up view of the necklace, the pendant can clearly be seen against her neck.
∙ CAUTION: May Contain Spoilers! There’s a close-up of Ash when he’s standing against the door and holding the gun while he hears the noises overhead. The front close-up of him shows there is a streak of dirt that runs along the left side to the middle of his nose. In the right side view of him, when he starts to put his right hand in his pocket, the dirt is gone.
∙ CAUTION: May Contain Spoilers! Ash shoots Demon Cheryl through the door, leaving a hole in her left cheek. A few moments later, when Demon Cheryl and Demon Scott are attacking him, Ash throws the book onto the fire. The close-up of Cheryl shows the hole is on her right cheek. It’s back on the left side in the close-up of her after she drops the fire poker.
∙ CAUTION: May Contain Spoilers! When Ash leaves the cabin, he shuts the door behind him. When he begins to step off of the porch, the door is about halfway open and can be seen closing as he walks away.
