Rotate Carbs The High Low No Way
Most people have been brainwashed about carbs being bad but carbs can actually help you shed fat faster when eaten the right way. The high low no approach to carb intake is a great rapid fatloss strategy that works for anybody but especially for those who have struggled with fatloss on low carb, lowfat, or low calories diet. I know because I've personally tried it and love it.
Carb Rotation Expert Jayson Hunter, RD, CSCS explains that low carb sets you up to gain fat and the "the much more common sense approach is to follow a high, low, no carb program because there is much more room for error with this type of plan. It is much easier to follow and leads to much greater success.
Rotating your carbs in this manner allows you to shed fat and keep your metabolism elevated, which is the key to long term weight loss. There is a consistent transition with a high, low, no approach because every fourth day you repeat the cycle and you aren't depriving yourself of carbs for three days straight. And again: potentially triggering the elevation of lipoprotein lipase which causes your metabolism to slow down."
This is by far the best diet to be on during the holidays because you can schedule your high carb days on holidays then the next day you go low then no then repeat the cycle. This give you more room to cheat then get right back on track with healthy eating. Check out my fat burning foods list and how I use Carb Rotation to stay lean.
There are so many superfoods that can work to help you shed fat during the holidays. Check out Holiday Weightloss Foods for a list. According to Jayson "you need to incorporate these superfoods into your diet because they provide excellent nutrients that fuel your body for optimum efficiency as well as help reduce inflammation which allows you to lose weight faster." Focus on these foods each week when you grocery shop and you can be a big loser and start the year off feeling great vs. having to make another weightloss resolution.
