If you love salsa sauce you will enjoy this easy BBQ chicken dish. It comes out tender and juicy.

4 to 6 chicken breasts with skin and bone
1 jar any good salsa (hot or medium hot)

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.

Wash and dry dry chicken and place in a large glass baking dish. Cover chicken with salsa and bake for approximately one hour. Test for doneness by inserting knife into chicken. The juices should run clear.

When done remove skin and spoon salsa over the chicken and serve.

Suggestions

. Serve with rice or potatoes and using salsa as gravy.
. Serve with potato salad.
. Spoon teaspoon of sour cream over chicken breast, add shredded lettuce.
