I regularly post general information on various sewing topics of interest to the sewing community including basic and challenging techniques, understanding fabrics and sewing tools, historical topics, quick tips, and much more. I also search the web and social media sites looking for easy to understand free sewing projects, tutorials and of course, inspiration to share.

My philosophy of sewing is grounded in sustainability - a desire to achieve human and ecosystem well-being that aspires to provide the best of all possible outcomes with a balanced perspective toward conserving our precious resources for future generations.
