Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe

Don't think blue cheese dressing can be low fat and taste great? Try this recipe and you'll be surprised.

Blue cheese dressing can be used on more than just salads. Try it on fresh chopped veggies, grilled vegetables or as dip for breadsticks.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. 1% milk
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. ground mustard
  • 1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled blue cheese

    Directions
    1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, sugar, garlic powder, and ground mustard. Blend until smooth.

    2. Add blue cheese and mix well.

    Yield: 14 tablespoons - Serving size = 2 tbsp.
