As we've seen with numerous personal wedding websites popping up, the internet is also an innovative way to keep your friends and family informed about your upcoming wedding. These sites give your loved ones a peek at the life you and your fiancé share. They also include registry information, hotel accommodations and directions, all while keeping your guests up to date on your plans for the big day.
If you or your fiancé happen to be tech-savvy, consider setting up a personal domain which redirects to your wedding site. This might impress your guests while making it easier for them to remember the website address.
Finally, to further include your guests and technology in your wedding plans, try incorporating it into your wedding reception. For couples active on social media sites like Facebook and Twitter, set up a wedding account and display a live feed near the bar at the reception.
