Honeysuckle -oil is obtained from its gorgeous flower. The therapeutic purpose of honeysuckle oil is said to promote positive moods, ease pain, calm irritated skin, encourage breathing and reduce inflammation throughout your body.

Pure honeysuckle oil is one of the most expensive oils made and difficult to obtain. It is more commonly found as an absolute.

You would of course dilute the essential oil with a carrier oil. I would suggest jojoba, olive, grapeseed or almond oil.

Rose oil is obtained from the flower of the rose through water distillation. Rose is said to increase your emotional openness, whether giving or receiving love. But rose essential oil goes much deeper in its use that just in the emotion of love. It's extremely good for dry and mature skin.

You will also find rose in absolutes as well as the essential oil. The essential oil of rose is also often referred to as rose otto. Rose absolute is obtained through extraction using solvents and is more commonly used in perfumery.

While expensive in price, rose oil is still the most widely used essential oil in perfumery. The key is that you don't have to use a lot of it to get your desired results.

Rosa damascena or the damask rose is grown in Bulgaria and is also known as the Bulgarian Rose. Rosa Centifolia or the cabbage rose is grown in Morocco, Egypt and France.
