Power Yoga Workouts for Fatloss

His ashtanga yoga class starts off with a series of gentle sun salutations that align the body, build positive mind body awareness and focus. In addition to all the warming sun salutations Nico take you into warrior poses, triangle poses, side angle pose, a variety of balance poses, forward folds with chest openers, and seated folds, twists, and balances. He finishes up with a back bend, fish pose, spinal twists and a brief meditation.

Vinyasa Yoga Class Level 4 with Neil Mark
If you're looking for a yoga practice that strengthens, lengthens and burns tons of fat then you need vinyasa class with Neil. You'll start off in child's pose and slowly flow into a series of cat poses that warm the upper body and core. As you begin to get warm Neal takes you into several energizing sun salutations with warrior and chair pose. Once you're warm you'll cycle through sun salutations that include side planks, side angle pose with arm locks, half moon pose that transitions into warrior, triangle pose, and twisting triangle.

Your energy level will soar thanks to some great alignment guidance and you'll be able to flow into some incredibly challenging poses including side crane, tree pose into warrior 3, eagle pose, deep lunge with back bend and twist into pigeon with twist.
