Cherry tomatoes are full of nutrients and are SUPER easy to grow in any small container. You can practically eat thousands for free! Here's a great recipe for tomatoes with tuna.
10 cherry tomatoes
1 can tuna, drained
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 celery stalk, chopped
dash pepper
dash dill
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and then mix together all ingredients. Enjoy! You can also 'core' the cherry tomatoes and put the tuna mix into them, to serve as a cool appetizer that needs no cutlery.
You could also make this into a tuna-and-tomato sandwich, but you'd of course have to add in the carbs for the low carb bread you chose.
